Wetland Watchers – Workshops

Before you sign up for a workshop or begin your excursion as a Wetland Watcher, please register as a volunteer.

If you do not find a workshop time that suits you, you can still learn all you need to know to participate by looking at the training modules and resources.  If you still have questions and need more support, contact us and we can answer your questions or arrange for personalized online guidance, or even another workshop at a mutually convenient time! Thank you for lending a helping hand to Nature. 🙂

Once you have registered as a Level 2 Wetland Watcher, Step 2: join in a workshop below (if you miss any workshops you can learn how to help by watching the webinar on the tools and reporting page). Workshops are on zoom and guided by a lead biologist who will help you through all the protocols and teach you cool skills to help turtles.

Workshops:

  • Thursday, April 28th at 7:00pm
  • Tuesday, May 10th at 7:00pm
  • Saturday, May 14th at 1:00pm
  • Tuesday, July 26th at 7:00pm
  • Thursday, August 18th at 7:00pm
Step 3: Click here to read and download safety protocol and data sheets
